Vendor Onboarding
Getting started as a vendor on EventPay.
How do I sign up?
You will receive an email from EventPay (hello@mg.eventpay.com) with instructions to activate your Vendor Account. Haven't received the activation email? Contact Support.
I forgot my password, how can I access my account?
Use the "Forgot Password" flow on the login page to reset your account password.
How can I add my team to EventPay?
Visit the Dashboard, select "Vendor", then select "Add Vendor Staff" to invite team members.
How do I access the POS app?
The EventPay POS is available on Android and iOS, for both tablets and mobile phones. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then log in with your email and password. Don't have an account? Contact your festival organizer to get set up.
Menu Items
Managing your menu on EventPay.
How can I add a Menu Item?
Menu Items can be added on the go via the EventPay Dashboard. Navigate to your Dashboard and select "New Item" to get started.
How can I update an existing Menu Item?
Via the EventPay Dashboard, navigate to your items and select the one you want to update. You can also update items directly via the EventPay POS by selecting the "Menu Icon" and choosing the desired item.
Which dietary options are available for Menu Items?
You can tag items as: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Beverage, or Alcoholic. These labels are visible to attendees when ordering.
How can I hide a Menu Item?
Via the EventPay Dashboard, navigate to the desired Menu Item, select "Options & Dietary", and choose "Hide from Menu Display".
How can I mark an item as unavailable?
Via the Dashboard, navigate to the Menu Item, select "Options & Dietary", and deselect "Available for Ordering". You can also do this via the POS by navigating to the item and deselecting "Item Availability".
